Real Estate Litigation and Residential Real Estate Transactions

When your real estate or co-op interests are interrupted or threatened by impending litigation, you need someone with experience and expertise to represent your interests. I have represented, directly or as counsel to other attorneys, individuals and commercial clients on both sides of the issues, and armed with knowledge of the law and facts, built the case, one step at a time, to achieve the most favorable possible results for my clients.  I represent clients in litigation proceedings involving real estate and co-op contracts, construction issues, lease and contract construction (does not include Landlord/Tenant Court disputes) and mortgages and foreclosures. 

My litigation experience makes me uniquely qualified to identify the various pitfalls of buying or selling a home, co-op or condominium.  It can be an overwhelming experience, especially for first time buyers or sellers.   I can help alleviate some of that anxiety and have done so in my representation of buyers and sellers in the residential real estate and co-op market.  I work closely with my clients, keeping you fully informed, from the inception of the process through closing.
